How was twitter born ?

Twitter was born about three years ago, when few employees working at a podcasting company called Odeo Inc. in South Park, San Francisco thought of reinventing the company.

The original product name / codename “twttr” was inspired by Flickr. Today Twitter has become a phenom and a new communication form and channel that is here to stay for long. How you use it is up to you entirely.

Its beauty is in its simplicity. It is moldable and malleable to many use cases.
